1. Marketplace Operational Scope

Z-Gen Tutor serves exclusively as a decentralized marketplace infrastructure. We broker connection opportunities via secure lead unlocks. We do not manage, guarantee, or regulate localized hourly training outputs or payment values negotiated directly between parent entities and teachers.

2. Credit Non-Refundability

Credit pools purchased to unlock direct customer contact channels are explicitly non-refundable once a transaction is completed.
